Noah & The Whale Digi-Pak

This is the digi-pak for Noah & The Whale's album Last Night On Earth. The colours used are extremely plain and simple. The bold and large black font stands out from the plain white background. This could represent the simplicity of the music this band makes. We want to make a digi-pak for our band as it makes it more professional feel. From looking at various other artists that fit to the indie pop genre we found that they all tend to stick to a simple theme and not many bright colours are used. There tends to be alot of photography used taking images of either the band or settings that have been featured in their music videos. For example this album cover for Noah & The Whale has a image of the band members combined with a night time cityscape. This is effective because it lets the audience get a look into the kind of style this band favours. We have chosen to include photography images in our digi-pak. We are hoping to take some good pictures of the effect we are planning on using on the balloon so this can be a significant part of the music video aswell as the digi pak and the advert. We are hoping for this to be something to give our band a unique quality and be noticable for it.
