When looking through existing Noah and the Whale videos I found
that there is a lot of text used throughout.
For example in the Five Years’ Time music video there was a lot of
typography over the live action footage of the video. The colour of the text in
this video is a bright yellow. This stands out and links well with the fun and
happy style of the song.
Also this film has a very retro style to it and this is through a number of factors such as the way the video has been shot, alot of the mise en scene such as the clothing and the scene itself has a very old fashioned quality.
